Great time for a Sports Bar!!
I thought that Goldie's was an excellent place to hang out, drink great beer and watch sports. I thought that the service was excellent (particularly that cute waitress Molly, who should be the real "GOLDIE") and the people were friendly. Very appropriate for a Sports Bar. Could potentially use some direction in management, but overall a great time.

In need of new management
Goldies on 45th was once the mecca of cool game taverns in Seattle. Full of people and always a good time. With the change to the current owner, the bar has been a complete disapointment. Poor service, few patrons compared to other equal sized local bars, and a generall bad attitude from the staff (Namely Tyler, and even Cliff sometimes). The bar has great potential, and a great location. It needs to be under new ownership & management for it to become the bar it should be. Another reviewer mentioned Co-eds. Almost any other bar you go to will have more women than Goldies will. And that"s a shame. it didn"t used to be that way. I really hope it gets sold to a new owner who knows how to make it shine again.

Cheer-tabulous!!!
Had my bachelor"s party there. Totally a cool place to hang out. Friendly staff, attractive co-eds, lots of pool and games. They have John Madden Football for all you PS2 enthusiasts on Wednesdays. Food is alright but what do you expect?
